Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 5 days of delivery

  • The product is not damaged, used, or broken after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is used, worn, or washed

  • Product is opened or original packaging is damaged

  • Product is broken or tampered with after delivery

  • Return request is made after 5 days of delivery

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Mode

We offer refunds via:

  • UPI Transfer (to the UPI ID you provide)

  • Bank Transfer (via NEFT/IMPS)

You can choose any of the following ways to receive your refund:

  1. Send your UPI ID or bank account details to our business email:

  2. Call our support team at +91 82646 47497 to provide refund details verbally (Mon–Sun, 9 AM – 6 PM)

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We offer free return pickup in serviceable areas.

  • If return pickup is not available at your location, we may request you to self-ship the product.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product

  • No return charges or processing fees will be deducted

  • Refund confirmation will be shared by email or SMS
