Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The product is unused, and in original packaging
The return request is made within 5 days of delivery
The product is not damaged, used, or broken after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Product is used, worn, or washed
Product is opened or original packaging is damaged
Product is broken or tampered with after delivery
Return request is made after 5 days of delivery
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

We offer refunds via:
UPI Transfer (to the UPI ID you provide)
Bank Transfer (via NEFT/IMPS)

Return Pickup & Shipping
We offer free return pickup in serviceable areas.
If return pickup is not available at your location, we may request you to self-ship the product.
Important Notes
Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product
No return charges or processing fees will be deducted
Refund confirmation will be shared by email or SMS
